MapleStone is a smoke free Bed and Breakfast,
open year round. We warmly welcome children over the age of 12, but are
unable to accommodate pets. Enjoy central air and wireless internet access
throughout the B&B. There are three wood burning fireplaces on the Inn’s
main floor, and every guest room has either a gas fireplace or a gas Vermont
CHECK-IN is 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT is by 11:00 A.M.
If you have any special dietary needs
or restrictions, or any special requests, please don’t hesitate to mention
them when making your reservation. Patty and Sean will make
every effort to accommodate you during your stay.
Lawn Bowling and croquet are available.
Our seven acres of rolling lawns are perfect for golf "warm ups” with plenty
of room to give your pitching wedge or nine iron a quick workout.
Jenkinstown Day Spa is just around the corner and offers MapleStone guests a full line of rejuvenating spa
experiences. We also have a special arrangement whereby guests can avail
themselves of special spa services on the MapleStone premises. Please ask
Patty or Sean for details.
Room rates range from $210.00 –
$245.00 per night, double occupancy. We are required to add 8% NYS Sales
Tax and 2.0% Ulster County Room Tax at the time of your reservation.
There is a two night minimum stay
on weekends. (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) Reservations for one-night
bookings on weekends are accepted after 12 noon on that Thursday.
If paying by credit card, the total
amount of your stay will be charged to your card at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
If you are paying other than by credit
card and your reservation is made 14 days or more from the date of your
arrival, MapleStone requires payment in full. If your check is not received and
your reservation is not paid in full by 14 days prior to your arrival,
we regret that we must cancel your booking. We will notify you by
phone and by email that we will be cancelling and making your room available
to other guests.
IF BOOKING LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM
THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL we require that you pay the full amount of your
stay, plus all taxes, by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
If you need to cancel 14 days or
more from the time of arrival you will receive a refund, less a $25.00
service fee for each room.
If you cancel less than 14 days from
the time of your arrival you will forfeit the full amount of each room
for the length of your reservation. You will receive a refund, less
a $25.00 service fee, only if we fill the vacancy.
The full amount of your stay will
be charged to you if you depart earlier than the date specified by your
